We offer a basic service which includes all of the checks that you will see in our basic service check list. We also offer specialty services for almost any need that would arise while you're away. Home checks can be pre-scheduled on a daily, weekly or customized basis, even one time emergency situations can be quickly arranged.

After each visit you will be e-mailed a written report which will include digital photos of your home and any concerns that we may find.
