When we have possession of
your key, it will be number coded with your account number and kept in
secured lock box and the code decipher will be kept in a separate location
for added security. Keys will always be returned to you promptly as you
request or they can be kept with us for future house checks.
We are a member of the
Realtors Association of
Citrus County and have Supra Key access for any homes that
may be on the market through you realtor.
We will report
to your property on the appointed day, and will follow a complete checklist
of the services that you have specified.
Upon completion of each visit, we will e-mail report with photos and/or call depending on your
requests to let you know that your home has been visited and any concerns
that we may find.
Should you wish to reach us after the visit, we can be reached via phone or
e-mail to answer any questions you might have.
We maintain
total client confidentiality of your home and any communications between us.
When we visit your home, it will be in a late model
unmarked vehicle. This way, it will not be advertized that the home is
unoccupied.
