Basic Service...

We will stop by and check on your home on a pre-set schedule or one time visit which will include: 

• Do a complete walk around the exterior of the home to check for signs of vandalism, forced entry or other concerns
• Check security of all windows and doors
• Do a complete walk through of the interior of the home
• Check that refrigerators and freezers are operating properly
• Water plants
• Feed and water pets – clean litter boxes
• Flush toilets; turn on and off faucets to prevent seals and traps from drying out which allow insects to enter through drain pipes
• Check for visible water leaks
• Check leak indicators on water meters for undetected leakage
• Check water heater drain pan for leakage
• Check Heating and Cooling systems to be sure they are operating properly
• Check pool and that equipment is operating properly – fill if needed
• Check exterior irrigation system for proper operation and that the lawn is being mowed
• Check and empty mail boxes
• Remove flyers etc. to eliminate that not at home look
• Check and verify that any vehicles, boats etc left at the home are still present.
• Start and run vehicles
